Renyi Wingchun is traditional Wingchun of Branch Yewen
“Tradition”does not mean invariable, we will not advertise ourselves as the authentic Wingchun, because only the Wingchun of five Shi Tai and Yan Win Chun could be called the authentic one. Times was passed, the world is constantly changing, Wingchun can make itself unique during different times because it is conforming to nature, free-formed and according to the circumstances. It can be shown by the“use the knife to exchange the stick”from our master. It can be seen that “Traditional Wingchun”should be kept pace with the times, comprehensive and eclectic. As using what it needs and throwing out what it does not and keeping striving for excellence, it will show a huge vitality by the different needs of fights methods in different times.
“Wingchun of Branch Yewen”is easy, immediate and practical, taking a serious eyes on the real fight. It is an art of martial arts explained by the scientific knowledge such as modern physics and body mechanics and as well developed through the practical application such as accurate time, direction of power, angle and distance, taking place of all the old boxing theory lecture of five elements and eight diagrams. Under the push of Yewen, Wingchun of Branch Yewen has become the most powerful branch of Wingchun around the world.
“The system of Renyi Wingchun”is established by Yuan Sifu who had learned EWTO Wingchun systematically from his teacher, Keith R. Kernspecht in Genmany. After Yuan Sifu combined his 20 years teaching experience to the German modern education ideas and the Chinese studying characteristics, he improved and developed this system to meet with the form of studying, teaching, testing and upgrading for different groups. “Renyi Wingchun”is a scientific training method which can promote the potential of the human body combat maximally. It helps every learner to find out the appropriate and effective solution under the fight in far or middle or close distance, personal struggle, the combat on the ground and any other emergency situation.
Renyi Wingchun teaching content:
1. The routines of Wingchun
It concludes primary routine-Siu Nim Tao Little Idea Form, intermediate routine-Chum Kiu Sinking Bridge Form, advanced routine-Biu Tze Darting Fingers Form and the teaching of Wooden dummy
2. Physical training
It includes endurance training, strength training, balance training, flexible training and speed training
3. Routines application
Every routine is like every piece of the chess, students should be familiar with the service regulations and moves about every piece of the chess through the routines. For example, they should master and remember the rule of the chess like“The routine of the horse and the elephant is different”.Only by this, people have the chance to mobilize the troops, strategize and succeed in distant at last in chess. If you do not know the movement and usage of Wingchun just like you do not understand the move of each piece of the chess, there will be no spirit but only the shape of it. There is no movement in Wingchun, but the movement is the only way as an introduction of Wingchun for the students. After the systematic training, student can achieve the highest state that to assume formlessness.
4. Clap-hands boxing and CHI SAUS Sticky hands training
Students need to continually practice a series of clever movements counted by Wingchun masters of generations to train the accurate conditioned reflex and instinctive reaction.
5. Training equipment
It concludes the routines and usages of arnis stick, dagger, Wingchun Long Pole and Wingchun- Bart Cham Dao.
6. Qigong Training
If you practice wushu, then you should practice qigong, which can help you focus your mind, improve your health and strengthen your power.
7. Foreign language training
For training up the students and coaches with military and civilian, we specially equipped the foreign language training class. We are wholeheartedly provide the chance for every students in Renyi Wingchun museum to exchange on abroad.
8. Emotional quotient management
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fight”is the philosophy of Chinese martial arts, and personal cultivation and emotional quotient management is the foundation.
